Why a Bespoke Kitchen?

Our bespoke kitchens and furniture designs are produced in partnership with our clients. Everything is made-to-measure, giving you a truly unique, one of a kind kitchen.

We have no pre set sizes and as all our projects are made entirely from scratch we are able to design without constraints, except those imposed by natural raw materials.

We will advise on the differing qualities of materials and ensure each component is right and durable in its future environment. Our aim is to provide a delightful and complete synthesis of function and aesthetics which is right and justified in your home environment.

In order to produce a bespoke, natural and sustainable kitchen that is right for you and your home we follow a simple six step process.

Your kitchen in 6 steps

Highest quality, made to measure

All our drawers are dovetailed and fitted as standard on highest quality soft close runners.

Our doors are fitted with traditional butt hinges in either brass or brushed chrome depending on preference and shut with the use of high quality roller catches.

We make our own timber work tops and can advise on the most durable, as well as the most cost affective, timbers to use.

We supply a complete range of granite worktops and work closely with both stone importers and stonemasons.

Where stone type and colour is imperative we can arrange guided tours of importers yards in order for you to choose your own special slab.

We undertake as much or indeed, as little, of a project as you require. From supplying cabinets only in bare timber, to complete kitchen renovations.

Choose From Our Two Themes
Our kitchens are created from a blank sheet for each home. To make it easier to start your choices we have defined two subtly different themes called Craftsman and Artisan.

The themes are intended as a convenient starting point from which to build a unique design and both are hand crafted from solid timber with the same attention to detail given to all our furniture.

Although often installed in their simplest form, both the Artisan and the Craftsman themes can be embellished as required to produce a unique scheme for each location.

Our bespoke service ensures we can match existing mouldings or architectural features within your home, for example, and we have even been asked to create a colour scheme based on a clients favorite bowl.

Unlimited choices can be bewildering, so within our showroom we have numerous displays with design and detail nuances providing examples to suit modern and character environments. Of course, commissions may require a completely unique theme and we are happy to design and create mock ups to suit your specific needs.

Whatever your requirements, each kitchen we create is a unique reflection of your personality and your appreciation of refined hand crafted quality.

To make a start with our Craftman or Artisan kitchens, simply choose which you think will look best in your own home.

Craftsman Kitchens

Artisan Kitchens

CRAFTSMAN STYLE
The Craftsman theme represents purity in design with simple lines and square corners, allowing the quality of the cabinets to shine through.

Offering uncomplicated, timeless appeal it blends sympathetically into country cottages and contemporary homes alike.

Craftsman’s clean lines require the highest production skills with inset brass or brushed chrome hinges and soft close drawer runners fitted as standard.

It is pictured here in its purest form with simple door panels and a recessed kick plinth to enable comfortable use of the work surface.

Antiqued brass handles and pulls as shown lend an authentic period detail to these cabinets in their Grade 2 listed cottage setting.

ARTISAN STYLE
The Artisan theme has beautifully curved corners which soften the cabinets and give Artisan Kitchens an eye catching and distinguished elegance. With its elegant framework the Artisan range reflects the quality and opulence of Victorian and Edwardian Town houses, but the curves are equally at home in smaller kitchens where they can be used to narrow the run of a kitchen where, for example, access or space is restricted.

The cabinets as pictured here have an applied skirting which gives the impression of fitted furniture rather than kitchen units, a small but effective way of elevating a kitchen into a furnished family room.

Available as a hand crafted accessory, our slide out trays make cupboards a pleasure to use making everything accessible and easy to reach.
